Bruce Klassen - Salesperson
Bruce has over 21 years of experience selling real estate - and he has a passion for helping people. Bruce's career in real estate first began in 1988 with KLASSEN Real Estate Inc. in Leamingtron, a Southwestern Ontario town of 12,500 people on the shores of Lake Erie, where he worked along side his father and mother, both real estate brokers and land developers.
In 1991, Bruce joined Islington-Kingsway Realty Inc., a new COLDWELL BANKER franchise in Etobicoke, where he gained area experience by first specializing in condominium resales in a prominent area building. The following year, Bruce married and settled in Sunnylea, an enclave of Etobicoke, purchasing his first home together with his wife, Mary-Ann.
The tough recession of the early 1990's taught Bruce valuable selling strategies that have remained with him to this day. Bruce learned that it's one experience to sell homes in a rising market; it's quite another experience to sell homes in a declining market. The two are not the same.
Bruce moved in to The Kingsway, another Etobicoke enclave, in 1999, and, in 2002, he joined SUTTON GROUP Assurance Realty Inc.
In 2004, Bruce joined ROYAL LEPAGE, the Industry Leader. The two, when combined, are an unbeatable combination!
Bruce lives in The Kingsway with his wife Mary-Ann, their young daughter Sydney, and their miniature Schnauzer, Reilly.
Bruce enjoys photography, riding motorcycles, golfing, and is very involved in the community.
